    My doctor told me that since I’m over 50, ahem, those words are hard to say, lol, I should really increase my protein intake. I find that so much easier to do in the sum re for some reason.

    TOTALLY agree – I lived in Cali for a bit and I was always my slimmest during the beachy months. I work in the sports nutrition industry and will be doing a video all about protein soon!

    THAT will be great! I like to try to eat a lot of fish, salads, fresh veggies, grilling or using coconut or olive oil. I have a can of tuna for lunch about three times a week, with cottage cheese or a tomato. But looking for some alternatives to tuna for lunches. I also do more of the mini meals throughout the day instead of three main meals. Butter is better than margarine, I gave that junk up years ago. But now I use mostly coconut oil in place of butter on things like toast, cooking scrambled
